Indian River County Leadership 

Founded in 2006, Indian River County Leadership was created to cultivate informed, engaged, and effective leaders dedicated to strengthening the local community.

Leadership IRC is a dynamic, nine-session leadership development program designed to educate and inspire future community leaders. Brought to you by the Indian River County Leadership Foundation in partnership with the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, this immersive experience takes participants behind the scenes of what makes Indian River County thrive.

From economic development and tourism to natural resources, infrastructure, and local government, participants gain firsthand insight into the systems and organizations that shape the community. Through engaging sessions, hands-on experiences, and direct interaction with local leaders, the program fosters a deeper understanding of the region while building meaningful connections and leadership skills.
