Youth Leadership IRC
Youth Leadership Indian River is series of interactive days designed to educate high school teens on community resources and issues, develop an excellence in leadership, build teamwork skills, and foster involvement in community services. The program is designed to help students develop new leadership skills and expose them to opportunities for leadership within our community. Session topics include team building, arts and culture in Indian River County, media and communications, government and career exploration. The program concludes with a graduation lunch ceremony for the student and their family.
Youth Leadership IRC began in 2019 to mirror the adult Leadership IRC program; participants must apply and be a 10th, 11th or 12th grade student in the following school year. Click here to email Dori Stone with any questions.
