Trilogy Home Healthcare is a Medicare certified home healthcare agency established by experienced industry leaders who have the passion for providing comprehensive in-home clinical care to our patients. Our staff understands the importance of the relationship between the clinician, patient, and physician with common goals of patient recovery and positive outcomes.

Our vast array of services includes, Skilled nursing, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Medical Social Worker, Home Health Aide, Psychiatric nursing, Biofeedback for bladder incontinence, Licensed Medical Social Worker, Respiratory therapy, Infusion services, Dietician, and certified Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse.

Trilogy currently covers over 42 counties with 10 branch offices across the state of Florida. Depending on location, the census can be anywhere between 250 to 1000 patients and growing.
