Originally founded in 1993 as the Fellsmere Community Health Coalition to serve rural and Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers, we became Treasure Coast Community Health, Inc. (TCCH) in 2005, when additional service locations were opened in Indian River County. TCCH is a nationally accredited non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) which provided medical, dental and behavioral health services at eight centers to 25,070 individuals in 2019. TCCH is accredited as a Patient Centered Medical and Dental Home facility and provides services in an outpatient environment. In 2019 , the Health Resources and Services Administration recognized TCCH as a National Health Center Quality Leader, ranking in the top 10% of FQHC’s in the nation.
TCCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and the PHS Sec. 330 grant represents 18% of our total funding. Sliding fee
discounts may be available for patients with limited resources.
