Coastal Waterways Design & Engineering LLC was founded to provide clients with coastal related engineering and permitting services that balance human development with environmental resources.

Our staff has almost 20 years of experience with design, permitting, and construction services within the coastal and marine environment, and practical and applied knowledge of emergency management and disaster response.

Denise Boehning

As a Certified Floodplain Manager and Associate in the National Flood Insurance Program Denise works with communities nationwide to help with community resiliency through the implementation of a sound floodplain management program. Such programs will help community residents save $ on their flood insurance. Additionally, as licensed insurance agent Denise helps our residents with all their flood insurance needs and can answer the most difficult flood insurance questions. Denise travels throughout Florida to provide training, workshops and general presentations on floodplain management, disaster recovery and flood insurance.
