• Seasonal Entry-Level Corporate Sales Customer Service Agent

    Essential Functions 

    • Manage and nurture customer relationships.
    • Follow up on new leads generated through various digital marketing channels
    • Assess the quality and suitability of leads to prioritize follow-up efforts on those most likely to convert into customers
    • Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Indrio brands, gifts, Customer Service applications, business processes, policies & procedures
    • Ability to enter data accurately and timely
    • Ability to communicate effectively with a professional and pleasant verbal and written tone; ability to handle and maintain high call volume
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Work closely with other Indrio Teams to ensure orders, logos, shipments happen as promised
    •  Promote and sell all products and services
    • Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information
    • Function as an effective Team Member
    • Work closely with Supervisor to ensure strategies are in line with Corporate goals and objectives
    •  Ability to research, resolve and overcome objections with one call resolution
    • Work closely with Supervisor on personnel issues
    • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
    • Account management experience preferred
    • Minimum of four (4) years of customer service, and/or professional office experience required
    • Excellent keyboarding/typing skills; minimum of 25 WPM
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Customer Service applications
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Good working knowledge of a PC, telephone, email, Internet
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proven commitment to delivering exceptional and personalized customer service
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated, responsible, dependable and prompt individual with excellent attendance
    • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multi-task
    • Ability to assess the customers’ applications and propose the ideal solution
    • Ability to respond to a variety of customer inquiries is essential
     Pay and Duration: Pay rates start at $14/hour based on experience. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and kick start your career. The role will begin now through October and continue through the holiday season, with potential for extension based on performance, business needs, and your availability.
