    Job Description

    Our fast-paced creative team is looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator! The successful candidate for this position will be able to function both independently and as part of a team under the supervision of the Marketing Director to deliver quality content for social media, web, and print.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create and curate relevant content for social media and web
    • Implement marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing Director
    • Create monthly reporting for clients
    • Prepare proposals, estimates, contracts, and client presentations
    • Write website content and social media content
    • Provide other administrative duties as directed
    • Assist with marketing duties as needed


    • Degree in marketing or communications preferred
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrated understanding of marketing concepts
    • An in-depth understanding of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • WordPress knowledge, Social Media Management, and Adobe Creative Cloud experience
    • Google Analytics proficient
    • Mac operating system proficient
    • SEO and SEM campaign tools (Google Adwords)
    • Email marketing campaign software (MailChimp, Constant Contact)
    • Content management systems (WordPress)
