We strive to provide best-in-class benefits packages, including: RN Benefits: • Competitive pay ranging from $65,000 - $75,000 per year • Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance are available • 3 Weeks Paid Time Off • Weekly pay • Access to Company Vehicle • Flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle • Per Diem, both Full-Time and Part-Time hours are available • All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided at no cost • Enterprise Champion for Quality 9 Years Running • Home Health or Facility shifts available • Weekly, monthly, and annual bonus programs • Mobile technology to access schedule and case documentation • Exclusive BrightStar Care Employee Discount Programs Responsibilities: • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts • Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.) • Provide instant medical care in emergencies • Assist surgeons during operations • Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants • Foster, a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families • Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences, etc. • Skills Requirements: • Current unrestricted RN license in the state for which care is being provided • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray • Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, preferred • Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills • Analytic/Critical thinker • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance • Ability to work on weekends, nights, and holidays • Reliable transportation • Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
