• General Manager

    The General Manager of BigShots Golf Vero Beach is the hub of our operations. They will lead the overall team by setting the standards for hospitality and quality of service. They will work alongside the team department leaders to drive results maximizing guest satisfaction and financial results. The General Manager is expected to be present during high volume shifts, including most nights and weekends. They will work in tandem with our Managing Partners to learn the golf entertainment business.  


    • Coaching and development of all levels of staff 
    • Set and uphold our quality standards for service, food/beverage and gaming experience 
    • Engaging the staff to increase our service level standards through accountability 
    • Driving profits with tight P&L management  
    • Labor Scheduling 
    • Interact with guests to continue to build business and better our operations 
    • Work with the community to build connections  
    • Ability to set and document standards to create operational systems 
    • Provide monthly updates and reporting to ownership  


    • 5+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management with at least 2 year as a General Manager 
    • High school diploma or equivalent 
    • Strong communication skills 
    • Detailed P&L experience and full understanding of how to control cost and labor 
    • Ability and passion to work on a team 
    • A servant leadership mindset 
    • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions for extended periods of time seasonally 
    • Availability to work varied shifts (including evenings, weekends and holidays) 
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (including maneuvering up and down stairs) 
    • Managers Food Safety Certification 
    • An understanding of local marketing and community demographics 
    • Understanding of POS systems and associate reporting
