    Days/Hours:

    7:45-4:30pm Monday-Friday

     Duties & responsibilities:

    -Answering phones/emails

    -Delegating tasks

    -Problem solving

    -Working directly with employees and route drivers to ensure all tasks are completed

    -Scheduling/routing drivers daily

     Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    -Proficient in Microsoft and excel

    -Strong knowledge of general computer work

    -Ability to multi-task

    -Ability to problem solve

    -Strong organizational skills

    -Strong  time management skills

    -Ability to maintain high level of customer service at all times

     Credentials and Experience

     Education: Highschool graduate minimum

    Experience: 2+ years in customer service
