    • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
    • Create and update expense reports
    • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
    • Process payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial statements
    • Prepare bank deposits
    • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
    • Maintain digital and physical financial records
    • Review and file payroll documents
    • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
    • Track expenses and evaluating budgets
    • Draft and edit financial presentations
    • Handle cash disbursements and issuing checks
    • Communicate professionally and effectively to clients on behalf of organization
    • Maintain and improve the organization’s bookkeeping process
    • Perform basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing
    • Create Proposals to send to clients; working with Design team to ensure accurate data
    • Purchase Orders; creating accurate PO’s, submitting to vendors, and following up with vendors for acknowledgements
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Invoices
    • Client billing
    • Accounts Payable
    • Credit Card Reconciliation
    • Financial Statement Management
    • Maintenance of General Ledger
    • Manage Client Accounts
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails/mail)
    • Inventory Control
    • Work with Executives and Staff on project accounting
    • Other Duties and Responsibilities may be determined by the CEO


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
    • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
    • Experience in Interior Design is favorable
    • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
    • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
    • Familiarity with finance regulations
    • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
    • Problem-solving attitude
    • Develops new strategies to improve standard operating procedures
    • Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Is persuasive, influential, and innovative
    • Possess professional appearance and communication skills at all times
    • Mature, intelligent, inquisitive

    • Accounting: 2 years (preferable)
    • Accounts Payable: 2 years (preferable)
